LESSON FROM THE SKY

It’s a brand new day

Clear blue skies

The dark grey of yesterday is all gone

The sun shining so bright

It brightens anyone’s day

Both rich and poor

Homeless and helpless

Bringing hope to all

A single ray of sun from the clear blue sky

Makes one look up to behold its wonder

Even if it is just  for one second

So today I take a lesson from the sky

The worries of yesterday is all gone

The sky with everything the earth throws at it

It never changes its original colour

So today it’s a brand new me

No matter what life throws at me

I will always be me

Today I go out with a smile so bright

It brightens anyone day

Today I will reach out to the homeless and the helpless

Even if it just one little thing I do

Even if it is just for one second

I will make a difference in people’s life

Oh what a beautiful day
